[English] The poet here is referring to the Sun God. This description is done to signify the sunrise. The small boy’s character in the movie welcomes the Sun God by opening the doors when the morning's snow has started to melt due to the rays of the Sun and wants to open up his voice (to pray) to the Sun God, as the world has just woke up.

2.                              Nee doava podavunaa kuvakuvala swagatham
Nee kaali alikidiki melakuvala vandanam

[Meaning of critical words] Kuvakuvalu (pakshulu)

[Telugu] Nee daaripodavuna pakshulu swagatham palukuthunnayi..
Nee kaali alikidiki (ante nee raaka ki) melakuva (nidra lechina tanamu) vandanalu palukuthunnadi

[English] He is being warmly welcomed by the melody of the birds all his way and gets the salutation of the awakening, at the slightest hint of his arrival.

3.                              Ee poola raagala pulakintha gamakaalu
Gaarabu kavanaala gaali sangathulu

[Meaning of critical words] Pulakintha (utsaham)
Kavanam (kavitha)

[Telugu] Ee utsahabaritamaina puvvula kadalika gamakamu..
Garabamula kavithwamu lante gaali sangathulu

[English] The poet compares the sync between the flowers and the wind with the intricacies of the Carnatic music. He says that the excitement in the wavy rhythm of the flowers seems like "gamaka" and the wind composed with love seems to play the "sangathi" 

4.                              Nee charana kiranaalu palukarinchina chaalu
Pallavinchunu prabhu pavalinchu bhuvanaalu

[Meaning of critical words] Pavalinchu (nidurapoyina)

[Telugu] Nee padalanunchi vachina kanthi valla chiguristhayi (niduralesthayi) swamy nidurinchina lokalu

[English] Oh Lord ! The slightest touch of the rays from your feet would awaken/bring up the sleeping worlds.


5.                              Bhaanumoorthy, nee prana keerthana vini palukani
Pranathulani pranava sruthini
Paadani prakruthini pradhama kruthini.

[Abhinav] Oh Sun God, by listening to the song of your praise, let there be a salutation at the level equivalent to that of the note "Om" and let the Nature react in its best possible devotional way towards you.

6.                              Bhoopala, nee mrola ee baela gaanalu
Nee raajasaanikavi neeraajanaalu

[Telugu] Oh Raja, nee eduruga paade ee amayakapu paatalu, nee rajasanike arpithalu/aarathulu

[Abhinav] Oh King/ruler of this Earth (Sun God), these innocent (childish) songs sung in front of you are nothing but a tribute to your Kingship.

7.                               Pasaru pavanaalalo pasikoona raagalu
Pasidi kiranaala padi padunuderina chaalu
Thalayoochu, thaliraaku bahuparaakulu vini doralani
Doranagavu dontarani tharalani daari tholagi raathirini.

[Abhinav] By listening to the praises of a tender leaf which thinks that it is sufficient to have the grace of your golden rays on a baby’s cries in the tender breeze, let your cascading smile unroll by letting away the darkness of the night.

Notes: There is a beautiful description of the Nature’s reaction towards the Sunrise in this song which is a typical mark of the poet (Sitaramasastry garu). Also, there is an excellent symmetry maintained in this song. You can observe that the first line of both the charanas (middle stanzas of the song) ends with the word “vini”.
